I had the “pleasure” to be served by the “gentle” man at the normal counter. I felt sorry for the customers before me- any questions they asked were answered in a way that customers were scared to ask any further!!! He wasn’t too pleased when I asked him if he was under any stress leading him to be rude with everyone

They don’t renew driving license or anything to do with DVLa here although it is a Postoffice, I drove all the way and wasted my time. The staff said come back another day because she didn’t know how to do it in my opinion.

Extremely rude, unhelpfull, lie to customers
My wife went to pick up a collection with a 15 month old child. She had her ID and tracker ID with her. However, the person in post office insisted on QR code which was not required. I then went instead of my wife and showed him the royal mail tracking ID but he still insisted I need a QR code. I went outside and checked again if a QR code was needed on royal mail website and confirmed it wasn't needed. I told the post office person again, upon getting caught he started lying that the parcel was not in post office even though I showed clearly on the tracking app that it has been delivered and was ready to collect. He still constantly lied. I went outside and came back with the proof of delivery. This time I was able to see the parcel just behind him on the shelf with a clear name of my wife on it. Finally he gave it to me and without qr code and all this time he kept saying he can't give it without qr code.Through out this the post office person kept talking in confrontation tone. We had to visit the post office three times just for a simple collection.
